History of Instajoy:
It all started when my sister bought her polaroid camera online, and she was looking for places to get her films. After seeing her go through the whole process of ordering to collecting, I realised that there are many things that can be improved about it - from the price, to the response, to the collection, and that is why Instajoy is founded.
There are 3 aims Instajoy hopes to achieve.
1. To be price competitve. Selling instax mini films that are cheaper than what people normally get so that fellow owners of Polaroid cameras don't have to spend large amounts of money to continue taking their polaroids.
2. To be responsive, and always be there whenever there is an enquiry that is made. That is why I give my handphone number to whoever's interested in getting films from me.
3. To make sure that people do not wait for too long for their films. One of the problems about ordering things online is that you don't know where your money is, and whether will you receive what you ordered. Instajoy is here to change that. I hope to reduce the uncertainty. When you order your film, I do not need you to transfer the money before I confirm your order. From this at least you know I acknowledge your order and you are not transferring money to someone who has already closed shop. I will only get you to transfer money when the films are ready for delivery. Once money is transferred, films will be mailed out within the next 2 days and in around 5 days, you will see your films arriving in your mailbox (unless you opt for self-collection). This means that starting from the day you make your order to you transferring your money and me mailing it out, it will take less than 10 days. And that is my promise to you.
